私たちのストーリーOur Story
エコウェーブプロは2019年、米国カリフォルニア州サクラメントで創業しました。創業のきっかけは、創業者の父が補聴器の電池交換に苦労していた姿でした。週に一度、小さな茶色の電池を指先でつまみ、落としては床を這って探す。補聴器は暮らしを豊かにするはずなのに、電池という小さな消耗品が負担になっていたのです。EcoWave Pro was founded in 2019 in Sacramento, California. The idea began with the founder's father, who struggled with hearing aid batteries — once a week pinching a tiny brown cell, dropping it, crawling on the floor to find it. A device meant to enrich daily life had a burden built into its smallest consumable.充電式補聴器は、その負担と、使い捨て電池が生む環境負荷の両方を解決します。私たちは「充電式であること」を商品選定の第一条件に据え、2022年には東京・新宿に日本オフィスを開設しました。現在は日本全国のお客様に、充電式補聴器と集音器をお届けしています。Rechargeable hearing aids solve both problems at once: the daily burden and the environmental cost of disposable batteries. We made 'rechargeable first' our core product policy, and in 2022 opened our Japan office in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Today we deliver rechargeable hearing aids and amplifiers to customers across Japan.

リサイクルプログラムについてAbout Our Recycling Program
当店では、古くなった補聴器・集音器・使用済み電池の無料回収を行っています。お送りいただいた機器は、提携するリサイクル工房で分解され、再利用可能な部品は点検のうえ福祉団体を通じて再活用されます。電池は水銀・亜鉛などを適正に処理する専門業者に引き渡されます。We collect old hearing aids, amplifiers and used batteries free of charge. Devices sent to us are dismantled at partner recycling workshops; reusable parts are inspected and passed on through welfare organisations.
