なぜ、電池ゴミが問題なの？Why does battery waste matter?
補聴器に使われる空気電池（亜鉛空気電池）は、直径わずか5〜12mm。小さすぎて自治体の分別回収に乗りにくく、その多くが一般ごみとして処理されているのが実情です。日本では年間に推計2,900万個もの補聴器用電池が消費されており、亜鉛や電解液を含むこれらの電池は、適正に処理されなければ土壌や水の汚染源になりえます。Zinc-air hearing aid batteries measure only 5–12 mm across. Too small for most municipal sorting systems, many end up in general waste. お問い合わせフォームから「リサイクルキット希望」とお送りください。専用の回収袋と返送用封筒（送料当店負担）をお届けします。Send us a message via the contact form with 'Recycling kit request'. We will send a collection bag and a prepaid return envelope at our cost.

古い機器・電池を送るSend your old devices
古い補聴器・集音器・使用済み電池を回収袋に入れ、ポストに投函するだけ。電池は端子にテープを貼ってください。Place old hearing aids, amplifiers and used batteries in the bag and drop it in a postbox. Please tape battery terminals first.

回収したものは、どうなるの？What happens to collected items?
お預かりした機器は、提携するリサイクル工房（埼玉県・愛知県）で一台ずつ分解されます。動作する部品は点検・清掃のうえ、聴覚支援を行う福祉団体を通じて海外の補聴器支援プログラムで再活用されます。使用済み電池は、鉱物資源の回収を行う専門業者に引き渡し、亜鉛などの金属がリサイクルされます。Collected devices are dismantled one by one at our partner recycling workshops in Saitama and Aichi. Working parts are inspected and cleaned, then reused through hearing support programs run with welfare organisations. Used batteries go to specialist mineral-recovery processors, where metals such as zinc are recycled.これまでの回収実績Collection Results
