配送についてShipping
配送はヤマト運輸または佐川急便にてお届けします（配送業者のご指定は承っておりません）。ご入金確認後（代金引換の場合はご注文確定後）、2〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。Orders are delivered by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express (carrier selection is not available). 送料Shipping Fees
- ご注文合計10,000円（税抜）以上：全国送料無料Orders of ¥10,000 or more (before tax): free nationwide
- 10,000円未満：全国一律800円Under ¥10,000: flat ¥800 nationwide
ご不在時のお受け取りIf You Are Not Home
ご不在の場合は配送業者の不在票が投函されます。不在票記載の保管期間（通常7日間）内に再配達をお申し込みください。保管期間を過ぎた商品は当社に返送されます。If you are not home, the carrier will leave an attempted-delivery notice. Please request redelivery within the storage period stated on the notice (usually 7 days). Items held beyond this period are returned to us.長期不在・受け取り拒否についてExtended Absence / Refusal of Delivery
長期不在や受け取り拒否により商品が返送された場合、再送の送料はお客様のご負担となります。代金引換で受け取り拒否の場合は、往復送料・代引手数料をご請求する場合があります。If an item is returned due to extended absence or refusal, reshipping costs are borne by the customer. For refused COD shipments, we may charge round-trip shipping and the COD fee.国際配送（米国）International Shipping (USA)
米国への発送にも対応しています。送料・関税は個別のお見積りとなりますので、ご注文前にお問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。We also ship to the United States. Shipping and any customs duties are quoted individually — please contact us before ordering.返品・交換についてReturns & Exchanges
商品到着後30日以内で、未使用品に限り返品・交換を承ります。衛生上の理由により、一度ご使用になった耳内装着型の製品（イヤーチップが耳道に接触したもの）は、返品・交換の対象外となります。あらかじめご了承ください。We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, for unused items only. For hygiene reasons, in-ear products that have been used (eartips that have contacted the ear canal) are not eligible. Thank you for your understanding.交換の条件Exchange Conditions
- 初期不良（到着後7日以内に電源が入らない、充電できない等）：無償で同一商品と交換します。Initial defects (device does not power on or charge within 7 days of delivery): free exchange for the same item.
- サイズ交換（イヤーチップ等）：未使用品に限り承ります。Size exchanges (eartips, etc.): accepted for unused items only.
- 在庫切れの場合は、返金または同等商品への交換をご相談させていただきます。If the item is out of stock, we will discuss a refund or exchange for an equivalent product.
返品の手順Return Process
- お問い合わせフォームまたはお電話で、ご注文番号と返品理由をお知らせください。Contact us via the form or by phone with your order number and reason for return.
- 当社より返送先と返送方法をメールでご案内します（2営業日以内）。We will email you the return address and instructions (within 2 business days).
- 商品到着・状態確認後、7営業日以内にご指定の口座へ返金します。銀行振込手数料は当社が負担します。After we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your designated account within 7 business days. We cover the transfer fee.
※ 不良品・誤配送の場合の返送料は当社が負担します。お客様都合の返品の場合、返送料はお客様のご負担となります。* For defective or mis-shipped items we cover return postage. For customer-choice returns, return postage is borne by the customer.
