注文してからどのくらいで届きますか？How long does delivery take after ordering?
銀行振込の場合はご入金確認後、代金引換の場合はご注文確定後、2〜5営業日以内に発送します。発送後は本州で翌日〜翌々日、北海道・九州・沖縄で2〜3日が目安です。Orders ship within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation (bank transfer) or order confirmation (COD). After dispatch, allow 1–2 days for Honshu and 2–3 days for Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa.
送料はいくらですか？How much is shipping?
ご注文合計が10,000円（税抜）以上で全国送料無料です。10,000円未満の場合は全国一律800円をいただいています。Shipping is free nationwide for orders of ¥10,000 or more (before tax). Below that, a flat ¥800 applies.
返品・交換はできますか？Can I return or exchange an item?
未使用品に限り、商品到着後30日以内であれば返品・交換を承ります。衛生上の理由により、ご使用済みの耳内装着型製品は返品をお受けできません。詳しくは配送・返品ページをご覧ください。Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, in-ear products that have been used cannot be returned. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
保証期間はどのくらいですか？How long is the warranty?
すべての補聴器・集音器に1年間の製品保証が付いています。通常使用における故障は無償で修理または交換いたします。All hearing aids and amplifiers carry a 1-year warranty. Failures under normal use are repaired or replaced free of charge.
充電式と電池式、どちらを選ぶべきですか？Should I choose rechargeable or battery-powered?
毎日お使いになる方には充電式をおすすめしています。電池交換の手間とコスト、電池ゴミがなくなります。旅行が多く充電しにくい環境が多い方には、電池式も選択肢になります。For daily use we recommend rechargeable — no battery changes, no battery cost, no battery waste. If you travel often to places where charging is difficult, battery-powered models remain an option.
補聴器のフィッティング調整は必要ですか？Do hearing aids need fitting adjustments?
当店の製品は、一般的な軽度〜中等度の聴力低下を想定したプリセットで出荷されます。音量はお手元で調整可能です。より精密な調整が必要な場合は、耳鼻咽喉科や認定補聴器専門店でのフィッティングをお勧めします。Our products ship with presets for typical mild-to-moderate hearing loss, and volume is adjustable on the device. If you need more precise tuning, we recommend fitting at an ENT clinic or a certified hearing aid specialist.
消費税は価格に含まれていますか？Is consumption tax included in the prices?
表示価格は税抜価格です。ご注文時に10%の消費税が加算されます。カートとご注文画面で税込合計をご確認いただけます。Listed prices exclude tax. A 10% consumption tax is added at checkout — you can confirm the tax-inclusive total in your cart and at checkout.
古い補聴器の回収は無料ですか？Is collection of old hearing aids really free?
はい、無料です。回収キットの送料も当店が負担します。メーカー・購入店は問いません。リサイクルプログラムのページからお申し込みください。Yes, completely free — we even cover the collection kit postage. Any brand, regardless of where it was purchased. Apply via our Recycling Program page.
使用済みの電池だけでも送れますか？Can I send only used batteries?
はい。使用済みの空気電池・ボタン電池も回収しています。発火防止のため、電池の端子部分にテープを貼ってからお送りください。Yes. We also collect used zinc-air and button batteries. Please tape the terminals before sending to prevent short-circuiting.
分割払いはできますか？Is installment payment available?
現在は銀行振込（前払い）と代金引換のみのお取り扱いです。クレジットカード決済・分割払いは準備中です。We currently accept bank transfer (prepayment) and cash on delivery only. Credit card and installment payments are in preparation.
耳に合うか不安です。試すことはできますか？I'm worried about fit. Can I try a device?
30日間返品保証をご活用ください。未使用の範囲でのフィット確認であれば返品可能です。イヤーチップはS/M/Lを同梱していますので、まずはサイズ違いをお試しください。Please use our 30-day return policy. Fit checks that keep the product unused are returnable. S/M/L eartips are included, so try different sizes first.
海外への発送はできますか？Do you ship internationally?
米国への発送に対応しています（送料は個別にお見積り）。その他の国・地域については、お問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。We ship to the United States (shipping quoted individually). For other countries, please contact us through the inquiry form.
