この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、合同会社エコウェーブプロ（以下「当社」）が運営するオンラインストア「ecowaste-pro.com」（以下「当サイト」）の利用条件を定めるものです。お客様は、当サイトをご利用になる前に、本規約を必ずお読みください。ご注文をもって、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。These Terms of Service govern use of the online store 'ecowaste-pro.com' operated by EcoWave Pro GK ('we', 'us'). Please read these Terms before using the site. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
第1条（売買契約の成立）Article 1 (Formation of Sales Contracts)
お客様からのご注文情報の送信をもって購入の申込みとし、当社からの注文確認メールの送信をもって売買契約が成立するものとします。銀行振込をお選びの場合、ご注文日から7日以内にご入金が確認できないときは、当社は売買契約を解除できるものとします。Submission of order information constitutes a purchase application, and a sales contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. For bank transfer, if payment cannot be confirmed within 7 days of ordering, we may cancel the contract.第2条（価格・支払い）Article 2 (Prices and Payment)
商品の表示価格は税抜価格であり、別途消費税（10%）が加算されます。お支払い方法は、銀行振込（前払い）または代金引換（手数料330円）です。銀行振込の振込手数料はお客様のご負担となります。Listed prices exclude tax; consumption tax (10%) is added separately. Payment methods are bank transfer (prepayment) or cash on delivery (¥330 fee). Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.第3条（商品のお届け）Article 3 (Delivery)
商品は、ご入金確認後（代金引換の場合はご注文確定後）2〜5営業日以内に発送します。お届け先は日本国内に限ります（米国への発送は個別対応）。天候不良、交通事情、配送業者の都合によりお届けが遅れる場合があり、当社はこれによる損害について責任を負いません。Products ship within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation (or order confirmation for COD). Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan (US shipping handled individually). Delivery may be delayed by weather, traffic or carrier circumstances; we are not liable for resulting damages.第4条（返品・交換）Article 4 (Returns and Exchanges)
商品到着後30日以内で、未使用品に限り返品・交換を承ります。衛生上の理由により、ご使用済みの耳内装着型製品は返品・交換できません。不良品・誤配送の場合の送料は当社が負担します。詳細は「配送・返品について」ページに定めるとおりとします。Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for unused items only. For hygiene reasons, used in-ear products cannot be returned or exchanged. We bear shipping costs for defective or mis-shipped items. Details are as stated on the Shipping & Returns page.第5条（医療機器に関する注意事項）Article 5 (Medical Device Notice)
当社が販売する補聴器は医療機器です。当サイトに掲載される情報は医療上の助言ではなく、診断・治療に代わるものではありません。聞こえに関するお悩みは、耳鼻咽喉科専門医にご相談ください。当社は製品の使用による特定の効果を保証するものではありません。The hearing aids we sell are medical devices. Information on this site is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis or treatment. Please consult an ENT specialist about hearing concerns. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from product use.第6条（禁止事項）Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

当社は、システム保守、災害、その他やむを得ない事由により、事前の予告なく当サイトの全部または一部を変更・中断・停止することがあります。これによりお客様に生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。We may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of this site without prior notice due to system maintenance, disasters or other unavoidable reasons. We are not liable for damages caused to customers thereby.第9条（反社会的勢力の排除）Article 9 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)
お客様が反社会的勢力に該当すること、または反社会的勢力と関係を有することが判明した場合、当社は事前の通知なく売買契約を解除し、今後のご利用をお断りすることができます。If a customer is found to be an anti-social force or to have relationships with anti-social forces, we may cancel sales contracts without prior notice and refuse future use.第10条（免責事項）Article 10 (Disclaimer)
当社は、当サイトの内容の正確性・完全性・有用性について細心の注意を払いますが、これらを保証するものではありません。当サイトの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当社は責任を負いません。We take great care regarding the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of site content but do not guarantee them. We are not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site, except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.第11条（規約の変更）Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)

本規約のいずれかの条項が無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、その他の条項は引き続き完全に効力を有するものとします。If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.第13条（準拠法・管轄）Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
本規約は日本法に準拠します。当サイトの利用に関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute arising from use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
